October 14-15, 2011 - Momentum Volvo was the presenting sponsor of this years Barkitecture  at the Houston Pavilions. Houston's best architects, designers, builders and artists have been selected to create dog houses to be auctioned off to benefit Pup Squad, an animal rescue group whose goal is to rescue orphaned puppies, kittens and nursing litters from the streets and other life-threatening situations and match them with adoptive homes, as well as to provide support and education to these adopters and the community at large. One hundred percent of all proceeds from this year's silent auction will directly benefit Pup Squad. Friday night Momentum Volvo was out for the "Yappy Hour" greeting guest with FREE Momentum Volvo doggie bandana's. We can't wait for next year!!! October 12, 2011 - Momentum Volvo once again was a proud Hole in One Sponsor and supporter of the Texas Children Bad Pants Golf Tournament. This year Momentum had their very own Momentum Team to join in on the fun. Players were greeted by Texas Children volunteers who were giving out some of the best swag available from leather travel bags, to Momentum golf towels the works! It was a great day and even greater event supporting the best Charity golf tournament in the city!

Dine Out! Fight AIDS!
Benefiting AIDS Foundation Houston

On Thursday, April 28, 2011 restaurants across Houston will unite in the fight against HIV/AIDS by participating in the 5th annual Dining Out for Life. Each restaurant will generously donate 33% of food bills from that day. In 2010 with the help of great Houston restaurants, AFH raised $43,000 in support for their programs and services such as housing, case management, and food assistance for nearly 5,000 HIV+ men, women, and children.

Thursday July 22, 2010 -  2011 Volvo S60 Tour arrives at Momentum. Guest were treated to a fantastic presentation of this ground breaking All New Volvo with demonstrations of the new Pedestrian Detection, followed by delicious menu of food by Fusion Taco and delectable deserts and free gift giveaways from Volvo. Monday April 12, 2010 - Momentum Volvo held a dinner for our entire Volvo team from parts, service and sales for our acceptance of the prestigious Volvo President's Club award. Less then 10% of the Volvo dealers nationwide ever receive this honor. Momentum Volvo is very proud of everyone here in making it happen! Tuesday October 13, 2009 - Momentum Volvo was proud sponsors of Texas Children's  "Bad Pants" annual golf tournament benefiting the Newborn Center. Even with all the rain, the tournament had over 700 golfers participate and raised over $240,000. The days events also included entertainment by Dan Boever, 2008 World Long Drive Sr. Champion. Our LOV Tour was quite a success, guest were treated to a  presentation of the all new XC60, with in depth demonstrations of the features inside and out of the highly anticipated vehicle. The Volvo trainers also showed off the "City Safety" feature, where customers were able to experience first hand the FIRST VEHICLE THAT STOPS BY ITSELF!
