I am writing this letter to express our utmost happiness with the 2010 Volvo S80 purchased recently. More importantly, I wanted to personally thank you for the most comfortable and pleasant car buying experience I have ever had, which can solely be attributed to your sales person, Michelle Palin. I am usually very difficult to deal with or please, and I rarely give anyone a compliment, but Michelle has been so great with us that all my best praises go to her. Michelle Palin was very knowledgeable about the Volvos we were interested in and was very efficient in helping us purchase the car suitable for our needs and budget. We have previously bought cars from your competitors: Mercedes, BMW, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, and even Bentley, but nothing surpasses the direct and honest nature Michelle provided at Momentum Volvo.
She was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to our questions through emails. We exchanged several emails to agree on a price and throughout the entire process, Michelle was very patient and
diligent in trying to meet our demands. She was able to empathize with my frustrations that I have had with other dealerships and make the most efficient use of our time by giving me an awesome deal. She was also not afraid to point out any short comings between other cars in the market. By providing a fully-detailed comparison of all features in the Volvo S80 with other cars in the market, we felt more equipped to deliberate over what exactly we wanted in our car.
When a salesperson offers you her cell-phone number and exclaims, "I am only one phone call away, if you're opening the owner's manual you're not doing it right," you know you have a keeper?If every car salesperson was like Michelle, dealerships would have a hard time keeping cars on their lot. She does her best to appease you, and goes the extra mile in every way she can. Many dealerships often pride themselves in competitive pricing or service, but never both. I can confidently say that Michelle has proven that those two CAN go hand-in-hand, and it DOES exist. I won't buy my next car unless I deal with Michelle.
